This is the way to go! They were actually still frozen!! I still can’t get over how well everything is packed! I think it was friday? by 2pm they were here and I was ready to eat a late lunch! haha! I will have finished my 1st dozen today… Oh, I just can’t get enough… I have missed them for years!! Never again!

I give you my word that I will share… in fact, I was thinking of having a few neighbors over for a little Dutch nite! Lots of bitterballen, maybe some capucyners… (another thing I miss, but I think I found them online, still waiting 2 weeks already from Michigan) of course- some different drop in small dishes with labels as to sweet to DZ (and a camera ready for their faces!) beers, gevulde speculaas, red cabbage?

But, maybe just the bitterballen & croquettes and beer! Easy… simple for me! I am not the best cook… especially since living alone, I don’t cook much anymore, so it is so nice to have such a wonderful snack or meal!
