Last week I was with my family at my sister’s on vacation in Florida, and my sister surprised me with Kroketten and Bitterballen. At first I did not think much of it, but when I tasted them, I was pleasantly surprised to have a good Dutch croquette in the United States. She told me that a Dutch chef, Alex Voorn, made these croquettes. Excellent quality! Keep up the good work, Chef Alex!!
